Questions

Do customers pay on the site?

Not yet. Customers ask on WhatsApp and you close the sale as you do today. Online payment may come later.

Can I keep my prices private?

Yes, for the whole shop or product by product. Customers see “Ask for price” and message you. You can switch prices on at any time.

Can I use my own web address?

Yes. Your catalogue runs at your own domain, with HTTPS.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We set your shop up with you. Afterwards your staff add products and photos in a simple admin.

Which languages?

English today. Malay and Chinese are planned.

What does it cost?

We are starting with a small number of shops and setting each one up with them. Message us and we will tell you more.
